PB & J nails inspired by my last (*ominous music* for now) polish from Whimsical Ideas by Pam, the sublimely yummy-looking Peanut Butter and Jelly. I can’t really account for why the jelly slice looks like he fell out of a Edvard Munch painting. Perhaps he knows something the peanut butter slice doesn’t (like they’re about to be eaten? Just not by me, because I’m not that fond of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The little peanut butter and banana pinwheel sandwiches my grandmother makes, sure, but never jelly. Good waste of fruit and pectin is jelly, but excellent inspiration for nail art.)
Sooooo cute! โค I love it so much!
Woah, three days late here, but thank you! ๐
Haha it’s ok! ๐ You’re welcome! โค
Love the polish and the lil faces! ๐
Thanks! You can’t see it super well in the photos, but the glitter is actually sort of a coppery-gold colour. Super pretty.
Stop! I can’t fit any more polishes on my wishlist! lol ๐
Nope, sorry, can’t! Your wishlist’s just going to have start creeping onto a second page! ๐
Lol! ๐
Good waste of fruit and pectin : D
I was actually talking to a friend about pb&js the other day, she’s from Italy and she’s never had that combo. I urged her to try, even just to experience the oddness.
Where I grew up, this was not a thing – as in, nobody has ever even HEARD of peanut butter. And jelly. But then I broke free and tried it – it’s food, it’s good, it’s not groundbreakingly fantastic.
Now peanut butter and BANANA, that’s a different story.
I totally get where you’re coming from – PB & Js just…are. Nothing’s breaking the mold there. Although I ADORE peanut butter and banana sandwiches (and they don’t even have to be fried!)
Wait, YOU CAN FRY THEM?!
Holy cow, I need that in my life.
Seriously, get thee to a frying pan. Elvis did (and look how well things turned out for him?)
I’m currently eating my overnight oats with cremed coconut and peanut butter, and have exactly nada bread at home, but I’m buying some tomorrow and FRYINGALLTHINGS.
Yeah, that’s how we do it! Enjoy!
