This manicure is sweet as candy, and scented like it, too – the red and white glitter topper I layered over a sugary pink gradient, KB Shimmer’s Candy Cane Crush, smells like peppermint! Sweeeeeeeeet.
Me, too! I got one from Claire’s once, though, that was so rank – like bubblegum that had gone off somehow. This one just smells like regular old peppermint essential oil – very nice. It does impart a *slight* yellowish tinge to the clear base, though. It goes away when you shake everything up, though, and it’s not too noticeable on the nail (unless you’re putting it over straight white.)
Thank you so much! By the way, I meant to tell you – commenting on the actual posts would have helped, of course – that you were married in my hometown! I live about two minutes up the road from the bakery where you got your cupcakes (and where I also get cupcakes not more than three times a week!) I loved seeing your pictures – I hope the city behaved for you while you were here celebrating. 🙂

I’m a sucker for scented nail polishes haha.

Yay gradients! Perfect topper, including the peppermint scent.
Gradient all the things! In PURPLE.
Love this!
