It occurred to me today that I haven’t done a jelly sandwich manicure in ages. So I rectified that odd little blank spot in my nail art endeavors, creating a jelly sandwich – that’s glitter polish sandwiched between layers of a sheer jelly polish – before topping the whole works with a couple of ice cream nail charms. Et voila, a creamy, sprinkled, ice cream jelly sandwich! That’s also some quality nail art word association, no? 🙂
Reminds me a little of the cotton candy explosion ice cream I love from Bruster’s. The charms’ gemstones are perfect with those glitters. You really do have a wonderful eye.
Oh yum, that ice cream sounds fantastic. I saw that Walmart is carrying some house brand cotton candy ice cream – it’s certainly pretty, although I’ve no doubt your stuff tastes way better. When I was a kid I really loved this bubblegum ice cream from a small shop in town that closed down about 20 years ago – it had pieces of bubblegum in it as opposed to being bubblegum flavoured, but the ice cream was sort of cotton candy-ish in flavour. I’m not a huge fan of bubblegum, but I LOVED that stuff – haven’t thought about it in years. 🙂
And thank you for the kind compliment. I just like colour – the more, the better. That’s why my 75 percent of my apartment is raspberry red (pink, it’s totally pink.)
Killed it with the words babe 😉😂💓
Thank you, although I did kind of go fishing for that compliment!
